A 28-Day Challenge

Starting February 1, 2013 I'm going to do a 28-dy challenge of getting in shape, and dropping 10 lbs, more would be nice, but at least 10 for now and then more later as it gets closer to summer.

My goal is to cut out most to all junk food, including chocolate since its a sweet, with one exception: Godiva! Can't let my free one go to waste now. LOL!!! I'm serious about this and I'm giving it my all since at the end of February all the stores get in their spring clothes, and I'd really like to see a difference by then.
