We sometimes forget that woman didn't always pants. Katherine Hepburn made them popular in the 1930s, but they have come a long way since those days.
You have jeans, slacks, skinny pants/jeans, wide leg and high-waist just to name a few styles. And then they are made out an aray of materials such as tweed, cotton, leather, denim...
Since pants are a go to basic, having a wide variety of styles in your closet help you create endless outfits. Lenin pants are great for spring and summer, but easily wrinkle, so always startch them when you iron them, jeans are just a natural go to, but not a pair you'd wear even on a casual Friday at work. Trousers can be for the office, or just to look your best. Wide leg pants can look easily like over sized pants if not paired with the right top, jacket if you want. Leather pants are for the tough girls who have boyfriends who ride Harlies. LOL!!!! Pleated pants can be menswear inspited to softer slouchier versions. Cropped pants looks great in the spring to a lightly warm fall and look best when paired with ballet flats. Think Audrey Hepburn. High-waist pants hids muffin tops and boot cut to wide leg pants go well with chunky sandles to boots.
