Keeping Things Clean

Sometimes we tend to get a little messy. We let things go such the dishes after a long day and maybe even a longer night. Our bedrooms are askew because there isn’t always enough hours in the day to get things done. If you’re a working mom/dad, single parent or both you know all how true this is. However, if we pick up a little bit here and there, it’ll get done. Set aside just one day, say maybe a Sunday afternoon, to do laundry and house cleaning. While yes, Monday is the start of the work week, and doing work the day before doesn’t sound enticing, just think of what it feels like to wake up and come home to a clean house where all you have to do is just simply (if that’s possible), dinner and kick back for the rest of the evening with your family or to yourself.

Tonight before the Oscars I picked around my place so then when I go to bed and wake up in the morning, I have nice clean place and its one less thing to do, and I can focus on things besides cleaning.

If that doesn’t get your motivated to clean, think of this: THE LAST PERSON YOU EXPECT TO DROP BY WHEN YOUR HOUSE IS A WRECK WILL AND YOU WILL BE EMBARESSED!
